Employee AC Equipment Benefit With Guidelines

Effective: August 31, 2021 (updated changes to benefits may be in effect)

1.   TCA employee needs new AC or part (filter replacements) at their dwelling: Equipment, material, permit + 7% sales tax + 10% markup.

·       Employee agrees to pay any additional cost in material or reinspection fees if need.

2.   TCA immediate family of employee; one time per 5 years*, the requesting employee will install or will have one of our employees** to install on weekend or after hours.  *Note, this is case by case and must have approval from Jim E.

·       Equipment, materials, labor, and permit + $800 (min GP) or 20% markup, whichever has the higher GP, then 7% sales tax.

·       Employee agrees to pay any additional cost in material or reinspection fees if need.

* One time per 5 years – gives limitations and prevents moonlighting.

** they or another TCA employee to install – keeps this internal and avoids having friends install our equipment.

*** permit – keeps TCA in the clear, peace of mind that the end user is being taken care of and prevents under the radar work with our name attached to it. (s/n’s of mfg’s equipment)

3.   Discount for TCA employee’s immediate relatives (Employee or spouse of employee: mother/father, brother/sister) a job that would be ran through the company. *Note, anything else, is a discussion with Matt. Determination to be made given time of year, slow or busy.

·       Job or project to be bid out by comfort advisor first.

·       7% off total price of job/ project.
